Louis was unbelievable! The level of service he provided from start to finish was unparalleled. From doing everything he could to, facilitating a face-to-face meeting given my difficult schedule, to his level of professionalism and performance on our wedding day, to his incredibly detailed and perfect editing of the final product. Knowing that we were very disappointed with the service of our photographer, he offered to make still photos from his digital videos to provide us with those important moments that the photographers missed. He even made a special exception and gave us the raw footage in addition to the edited DVDs, so that we would have the opportunity to capture still images ourselves to save those once-in-a-lifetime moments. I have never encountered a service provider who is so incredibly dedicated and was so willing to go above and beyond to make up for the shortcomings of others. He was a pleasure to have at our wedding and I would not hesitate to hire him again.
