I wanted to start off by saying that I used this window
tinting company for the last several cars and never had a problem until this
time.
I scheduled my car first on a Thursday and was waiting for
it in the showroom and was to bring my wife’s car back on Friday morning. As
soon as I walked in the door he started trying to sell me the paint protectant
I told him I would think about it. I asked him if he has done the new Lincoln
MKZ yet because it was so new. He replied yes we do all high end vehicles not to
worry does your wife keep a clean car I said yes, he said most women keep
sloppy cars with makeup and hairspray all over them, I said her car is brand
new and she is a fanatic about her car. He said no problem as he is walking
around my new Escalade pointing out why I should buy the $1,000 paint
protectant pointing out the smallest nicks from the road; I was not happy about
it but shrugged it off. I paid and left and was happy with my windows but they
only did two of them.
I returned the next morning with my wife to drop her car off
and take her to work and we would pick the car back up at lunch time. Well
lunch time came and went so we called them asking if the care was
finished, they said they were really
having a hard time with the rear window and had to wait for the owner to get
back to help them. My wife said no problem we will pick it up at 5:30 after
work they said no problem. We went to pick it up and it still was not finished
yet so we waited and the owner came out said they had a really tough time with
this rear window but they finally got it done. I said fine I paid the bill went
back into the back to look at the car and BAMMMM The car looked like it had 10
people in it there were scuff marks and screw driver gouges in the plastic panels
the gps screen was scratched. We spoke with the owner and he said that his guys
did not do that! We said the car is new and that they were the only people in the
car other than me and my wife. We and asked him to fix it. He replied they didn’t
do it and he was not responsible. My wife called him again and asked him again
if he was going to fix it and he said no! Come and get your money back, that’s
all I will do!
Well we called our insurance agent and had the claims
adjuster out to see the damage and the total amount of the damage was $3, 266
dollars!
In my opinion this business owner should have taken responsibility
for the damage his business caused, but did not and really showed how rude and
unprofessional he really is!

We had 4 storm windows that were badly scratched by our dog. We had Creekside Glass and Mirror come out for an estimate to replace the glass on the lower sashes, as well as a cracked kitchen window and the glass on a french door. We were expecting a hefty bill to replace everything, but Lester from Creekside assured us that the scratches on the 4 storm windows were actually on an after-market window tint film, rather than on the glass itself. He suggested we call a Window Tinting company, so we contacted S J Window Tinting. I described our issue on the phone, and was called back the next day with an estimate of $250-300.00 to fix the 4 windows. Owner Rob K came out within a couple days of our call, and completed the job in a couple of hours for a total cost of $325.00. Windows look like new, and Rob cleaned up everything thoroughly before he left. He even fixed 2 small panes on the sidelights by our front door, and left us some extra tinting material for future repairs. We are more than satisfied with the service provided, and quite pleased that the price was much less than expected. Thank you, SJ Window Tinting for a great job at a reasonable price, and thank you, Creekside Glass for pointing us in the right direction. (Creekside is coming out in a few weeks to replace our Kitchen window and the glass on our french door-- will review when that job is complete.)

Very Professional. Rob (the owner) called me in advance of the appointment to understand my exact needs. They were punctual and very clean. Cleaned up every room once the job was done. Explained the differences in the materials available and enabled me to make my own decision. Polite and courteous. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

The owner was very quick to respond to my voicemail regarding an estimate, and came out the next day, even earlier than scheduled, and spent a lot of time thoroughly going over the details of window tinting. He was a kind man, easy to talk to, and a great salesman. I felt we were doing the right thing to tint our windows to lower our high electricity bills and cool off our bedrooms affected by west facing windows. The owner stated that we would save approximately 15-30% off our bills. It is a little cooler and darker, it seems, in our house. However, the temperature in the rooms remains the same and our bills remain the same as well. We went with the Suntek Syds 25 and 35 dual-reflective. The owner was kind enough to give us a 25% military discount. The two young men who came to install the film were respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I did not have any questions and that I knew how to care for the tinting.
I think this is a good company and they provide good service. However, I may have lost faith in tinting in general, since I do not see a clear difference, and that was my ultimate goal.

The overall project went smoothly. Contractor arrived at designated time and work was completed within an hour. He offered us (2) options and was able to clearly define the details of each one.
