They were very careful with the move. They treated the furniture with great respect and their packaging was good. They need to do a much more accurate estimate of the job. We were told that their truck was going to fit over the bridge that goes to the house. They had to bring in another truck to shuttle so at the end of the job they told us we owed another $1000. They should have come out and looked at the house or sent 2 smaller trucks. They should have scoped out the job better.

They were so bad. It took them an hour to get from where they were to me, and they charge by the hour, where it should have only taken 10 minutes. The owner was bad too and then one of the workers was talking on his cell phone while I was carrying boxes. They complained about the number of boxes I had and wanted to put them all together. They took so much time and finally got the truck loaded and drove to my place and you could tell that they wanted to waste time even though they were following me. When we finally got there it took them more than 8 hours to unload the truck. I had colored coded all the boxes for them and they could not put them in the right place. They put a scrape on my wall in my old place and new place with my dresser and they sent someone over to fix it. They damaged my dresser, which was not cheap and they said that they would send a guy to fix it, who was supposed to be really good at this kind of repair. The repair of my dresser was horrible and very amateur and just did not look good. The work done was ridiculous, I called the supervisor and complained to the owner and he was very rude and complained again about the number of boxes I had and he would not help the situation at all.

When I got back I noticed that they did not use any of the moving blankets & that my furniture was packed right on top of each other.They told me that they used the couch cushions to separate the furniture.Five months of storage later I requested them to come and unload the furniture at my new place.When they did just about every piece of furniture was scratched dented or dinged up.One piece in particular was very bad.Their first process in addressing their liability is to send a worker out with markers to color in scratches.When this was not sufficient for a few of the pieces I was told that a claim would be filed & I would be reimbursed for the damaged pieces.Three months & several calls late I have not seen one dollar nor spoken to anyone who can help.Avoid!Finally after telling them of the report they remitted funds to me relating to the insurance claim I filed for damaged goods.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. ESTIMATOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ACCURATE. ENTIRE MOVING CREW ON BOTH DAYS WAS POLITE, FRIENDLY, AND TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF OUR BELONGINGS. THEY WORKED HARD ALL DAY, DESPITE THE SUMMER HEAT. THEY UNLOADED EVERYTHING EXACTLY WHERE WE WANTED IT. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE TO ANYTHING IN THE MOVE.
