Description of Work: i hired them to do a remodel on my home & they misrepresented themselves & their business. they applied for permits in the wrong town, bounced the check for the permits, broke my sewer pipe, my sprinkler pipes, failed inspections, did every phase of my job incorrectly & didn't pay their workers, who called me to say they were putting liens against my home for non-payment. they cemented over my water & power outlets, left live wires uncapped & hanging, left us without power in our master. they also failed to inform me that i needed footings for my garage & continued to build. i have had to call in another contractor & he estimates i have $15000 just in damage they did erroneously. i have filed various complaints with the BBB, Div of Consumer Affairs & am currently in communication with a lawyer in order to try to get them closed down, so they are unable to do this to anyone else. they also sent me a bill for another $23000 for work they performed, & the lawyers notice seemed suspicious.

Description of Work: THEY PROMISED US PROFESSIONAL CREWS THAT THEY EMPLOYED. INSTEAD THEY SENT US SUBS THAT DID SHODDY WORK, THREATENED US BECAUSE SIGNATURE DIDN'T PAY THEM & ARE NOW FILING LIENS AGAINST OUR HOME & EVEN HAD THEIR FRAMER CALL US TO BAIL HIM OUT. THEY FILED PERMITS IN THE WRONG TOWN & BOUNCED THE CHECKS FOR THEM. THEY SENT US 2 DIFFERENT SUB MASONS. THE FIRST BROKE OUR SEWER LINES & THE SPRINKLER LINE. THE SECOND POURED OUR PAD OVER THE PIPES & POURED THE PAD INCORRECTLY..IT IS 1 1/2 INCHES TOO LOW. THEY LEFT EXPOSED WIRES, CUT THE POWER LINE TO OUR BEDROOM(NO POWER), NEVER TOLD US WE NEEDED FOOTINGS FOR OUR GARAGE, EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW ABOUT IT WHEN THE MASONS FIRST ARRIVED. THEY WENT AHEAD WITH THE FRAMING, HOPING WE WOULDN'T CATCH IT...AND THE FRAMING IS WRONG & THE HOUSE WALLS ARE OPEN TO THE ELEMENTS. SO NOW WE HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO FINISH & THE PEOPLE I HAVE CONTACTED SAID IT'S GOING TO COST US MORE THAN WE HAVE, NOT ONLY TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT TO FINISH THE JOB. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB, THE DIV OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS & A LAWYER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
