Bob and his crew did an outstanding job!!!!

Bob called the day we requested a quote, answered all our questions, next morning we received a quote. We discussed the possibility of installing a different unit. He went to the property and recommended an appropriate unit for the condo., keeping in touch all the time. Two days later he installed the unit. The process went very smoothly and in a timely manner. We had requested other quotes and we received first phone calls a day after our unit was installed. Some company said that they could not get to work on it for a month. The other said three weeks. Yes, we would definitely recommend Bob Gramlich.

We were extremely happy with Bob's work. I had gotten four quotes. Bob's price and equipment was better than everyone else's. I was so happy with this service that I recommended him to my brother.

Bob and his crew Installed a new heater and new air-conditioner at my house. They we re on time and I had air-conditioning that night . They return the next day to complete the installation. They were very professional And left no mess whatsoever. They answered all my questions . I would recommend him . He and his crew were very nice and very professional. And worked all day on one of the hottest day so far this year also dealt with greenhead without complaint .

Bob did a great job installing the gas furnace. Showed up exactly as promised and even asked how they could least disturb things. He went above my expectations by installing an outside plate that covered the exhaust (no visible pipes sticking out).

5 stars! Bob and his guy's went the EXTRA mile getting my new heating and cooling system installed. Bob showed up on time everyday and kept me informed every step of the way. This was no easy task replacing a 40 year old heating system with a new state of the art Amana system. The quoted price was the PRICE even with all that they ran into. Robert kept me informed during the entire project. He performed the job in the timeframe he established. He provided information on his Estimate of exactly what was going to be provided and installed.

Owned three homes .first time compelled to post review for service.Wife and I seniors in our 80's.Our furnace and ac units needed replacement after 20 years, called several contracts during 2018 labor weekend. Bob hearing our situation came to home within 2 hours of our call.He reviewed our system and recommended one that was more efficient and within our cost budget at a better price than other contractors The best part of the installation was his service man Mike,who was not only professional and knowledgeable but was patient and courteous in explaining operation of system in such an understanding manner.
