Plumbing
the pilot light of the water heater was not functional for 1-2 weeks. as a result, there is no hot water in the house.
Contacted the owner Steve few days in advance. the phone coordinator was kind of slow on response. but steve responded quickly. got appointment. the technician came on time and said thermo coupling was broken. he replaced it with a new one. charge reasonable price for new parts and labor. also gave me estimate of replacing a new water heater. in the future, if I do need a new water heater, I'll certainly go with this company.
