My mortgage was sold to them and I have been working with them for the last 8 years. They are based in India and you can't understand the customer service reps. They don't follow through. They are completely unprofessional. They have almost caused me to go into foreclosure twice. They have generated excessive legal fees that I was required to pay to correct their mistakes. JUST NOT HAPPY!! Would get out if I could
