Mortgage Companies
I hated them. We used them for eight or nine years. I found them to be frustrating because they had a website so you could pay online, and I always had problems with their website. I was particularly frustrated at the end when I went to get my end balance. You would think that they would tell me that my quarterly tax payment was due, but they didn't and I ended up having to come up with more money after I paid off my house just to pay the taxes.
