My wife and I could not be happier with the renovation done by Magrann Construction to our kitchen. The existing bump out was poorly designed when the house was built and needed to be replaced. From the outset Earl thoroughly examined the space from inside and outside and made recommendations with our input as to the design. His team of workers, namely James and Brian, always arrived on time in the mornings to begin work. They were extremely professional but personal and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. They were very accommodating to our design requests and made it happen. Magrann transformed this very frequently used part of the kitchen from a design flaw riddled and not very appealing space into one that is elegant and practical. Everyone I have shown the before and after photos to are simply amazed at the transformation. I would not hesitate to use Magrann again for future renovation projects.

We could not have been happier with this project. From the craftsmanship, management of the project, suggestions made, overall look we were extremely pleased. They even did a few small things unrelated to the "Big" job. They also cleaned up every day and were considerate of our time and schedule. Great company.

The job was done when I was out of town. The sliding door was replaced and new trim installed and painted, and new garage steps installed. The work was flawless, which I have come to expect from this contractor. I have used Magrann Construction for projects such as a complete renovation of a kitchen (down to the studs), renovation of 3 bathrooms, building a deck, replacing doors and windows, and other smaller jobs. We never think twice about granting them access to our home in our absence. Estimate is always close (if not exact) to final cost. Cleanup is done at the end of each day. Contractors are professional, personable and punctual. Project start and completion dates have always been accurate. Quality work done by quality people!
