This company is really top-notch. Flexible appointment times with good availability and an on-time arrival gave me a great first impression. The whole audit experience took a few hours and was extremely thorough and detailed. Scott, my audit technician, answered every question and concern I had with friendly patience as I followed him through every nook and cranny of my house. A few weeks after the audit was performed, I received a bound written report on my house, complete with color photos, thermal imaging pictures and graphs displaying all the collected data on my specific residence. I was sort of expecting my final audit report to be boilerplate with my numbers plugged in here and there. Instead, it was a full-on written report on my house and systems' energy efficiency and exactly what needed to be done to improve them.. it obviously took a ton of work to write-up and put together. Since the audit, I have consulted with Scott many times regarding upgrades to my house. He has been very forthcoming with thoughts and plans about what I should to do. It's like having your own energy and contracting consultant.. all included in the price of the audit.
