Joe from JEC was recommended to us from our plumber who we have known for 9 years and has always done a great job. Unfortunately Joe didn't do a great job. We signed a contract with him to renovate our existing shower in our master bathroom. The contract stated the job would take 6-7 days. After over a month the shower was not completed because they could not correctly install the shower door (made by a manufacturer that Joe claimed he was a certified installer for - but he isn't because he isn't listed as such on the manufacturer's website). The tile job is awful, they cracked the threshold while trying to correctly pitch it, and the shower leaks. They never came back and never replied to my emails. It was a horrible experience. We asked for a refund due to a breach in the contract but we were ignored.
