Original repair done in July 2013 within 6 months concrete failed. Owner contacted inspected the work agreed it failed and said they would repair. From early 2014 to present I contacted J & M Concrete principles Marianne multiple times and Joe twice and the company promised to repair and send a crew when they were in the area.. The last contract was July 2016 when I was told the current owner Joe Giletto bought out his partner Marianne Giletto because of divorce and the work was no longer in warranty and if I had a problem I should sue his former wife and partner.
Company claims BBB A plus rating but BBB has them listed under an ficticious name Joe and Mar Concrete same address in MOuntl laurel and last issues were in 2004 when they had four unanswered complaints. I sent BBB a complaint and letterhead so they can upgrade their database

They seem to be hiding in plain view.
