They are very compassionate and are very up to date with medications for the animals. They are very gentle and are very good with my dogs. They have a big staff, they are very responsive, and are fair with their prices. They even have an ambulance service in case of an emergency. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use their services.

Now that this day is over and I have had time to reflect. I wanted to convey my utter shock as I read the so called medical notes on Vitrus Vet. I was disparaged mischaracterized and maligned. The lack of professionalism is astounding. This mischaracterization was a narrative nothing short of delusional. It was blatantly written to demean me personally and that it was posted on a third party app designed to provide medical care is beyond concerning on so many levels. The fact that I use Vitrus to share Beau’s medical records with those who share in his care such as groomers, kennels and his other healthcare providers makes this personal attack and negative characterization of me as a client a betrayal of professional and ethical behavior. This is a very serious concern and I hope that the lack of professionalism, the lack of integrity, the lack of judgement and the inability of this employee to discern the need for appropriate behavior in the workplace will be put to an end permanently. House paws has treated by cats and dogs over the years. You have shared our grief when you came to our home to euthanize our beloved seventeen -year-old Sidney. Next week you will provide surgical care for our sweet funny Beau. I came in last week seeking care for Beau. I was treated rudely but frankly the rude girl at the desk was not my concern . But she is now and she should be your concern . There is the inclination to defend myself but from what? She should never be in a position to hurt another person. One can only wonder what damage she has done to others or would do in the future . Please forward my concerns to those who should hear them . So they came & took care of my cat & everything was fine. they are a great service provider. and they cared for my cat's regular annual exam and shots and nail trip and regular vaccination.

I cannot say enough about the entire staff at House Paws. From the moment we called, everyone was sympathetic to our situation and very responsive. We had to have our pet put to sleep and preferred doing so in the comfort of our home. Dr. Koch and Rachel were on time and were so caring during this difficult time. We have found ourselves a new vet.

They are very good. For emergency the come and provide the service. It's a mobile vet so they come to me.

They handled my animal with ease. They did an x-ray at my home and diagnosed and treated effortlessly. Such a smooth thing. They were really good with him. They handled him well.

The doctor who came was very compassionate to our feelings and to our pet dog ? and made his passing very peaceful he was a member of our family for 12 years and we miss him deeply. Our sincere thanks to Dr Amanda Weiss for all she did

My wife and I recently utilized the services of House Paws to euthanize our 17 year old cat who was severely ill. We contacted them to arrange for a vet to come to our house and we are very appreciative to them in how the entire process was so professional . Everyone from the office staff, the techs, and the vet who came to our house, Dr. Scarlett, were exceptional and very caring. Although, the decision to euthanize a member of our family was very difficult, the burden was lessened because of House Paws. They are also extremely reasonable in terms of cost for their services. A family member uses them for her pet as well and has always received exceptional service. I would highly recommend House Paws to anyone looking for vet services for their pets in the comfort of their homes. Thank you so much Dr. Scarlett and House Paws.

While we were unable to save him we cannot thank the veternarians and their assistants that came out to our house multiple times, including on a holiday weekend. They tried everything they could to help our Max but it was his time. They could not have been more helpful and kind during a very difficult time. Additionally they charged amazingly reasonable rates for their visits, actually significantly lower than our current vet. I will be recommending them to everyone I know with a pet.

They are very thorough and they have a pleasant environment. They have knowledgeable staff.

The Dr and assistant arrived 15 minutes early. Given the circumstances, I was a wreck. The Dr was very courteous and understood the situation. She took a good look at Deke and explained all the options to me. She was unbelievably pleasant to work with and was very understanding. When it came time to end Deke's life she was very careful and gentle and a horrible process was handled as painlessly and efficiently as possible .
I will now use this service for all my pets. No ifs, ands or butts.

His breath no longer smells and his gingivitis has resolved.

This is the second time we've used House Paws for our cat, and we couldn't be happier with them. Everyone we've spoken with at House Paws has been very friendly and helpful. They are very punctual for appointments, and Dr. Dana has provided exceptional care to our cat and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. And we love the mobile service! It is so much easier to have them come to the house for visits, and it puts a lot less stress on our kitty. We will continue to use House Paws and highly recommend them to other pet owners.

Erin, a Certified Grief Counselor at HousePaws, had called to see if she may offer any assistance, knowing how difficult a time I was having after a very sick kitty, Chapina, had become an angel.  I tried to save Chapina from the street, and had the endless support of HousePaws. 
As a professional pet sitter, I've been in numerous veterinary offices and hospitals? and this was one of the kindest gestures any veterinary professional had ever done!!!  
It was an extension of the concern for me and the compassionate care Chapina received from everyone? kisses from Dr. Joyce, kindness and gentleness of Dr. Dana, multiple phone calls and correspondence from Dr. Lisa in response to my questions, and the patience and understanding of the vet techs and receptionists.
