Now that this day is over and I have had time to reflect. I wanted to convey my utter shock as I read the so called medical notes on Vitrus Vet. I was disparaged mischaracterized and maligned. The lack of professionalism is astounding. This mischaracterization was a narrative nothing short of delusional. It was blatantly written to demean me personally and that it was posted on a third party app designed to provide medical care is beyond concerning on so many levels. The fact that I use Vitrus to share Beau’s medical records with those who share in his care such as groomers, kennels and his other healthcare providers makes this personal attack and negative characterization of me as a client a betrayal of professional and ethical behavior. This is a very serious concern and I hope that the lack of professionalism, the lack of integrity, the lack of judgement and the inability of this employee to discern the need for appropriate behavior in the workplace will be put to an end permanently. House paws has treated by cats and dogs over the years. You have shared our grief when you came to our home to euthanize our beloved seventeen -year-old Sidney. Next week you will provide surgical care for our sweet funny Beau. I came in last week seeking care for Beau. I was treated rudely but frankly the rude girl at the desk was not my concern . But she is now and she should be your concern . There is the inclination to defend myself but from what? She should never be in a position to hurt another person.
