Chick Torrence the owner of the company went above and beyond to check the entire home and gives a thorough explanation of everything during the inspection. He will point out many aspects that can be fixed and issues that could arise as a result of the issue. One of the best home inspectors I've meet and cares about his job and is very knowledgeable about almost anything to do with the home. Would highly recommend his services to anyone.
