The owner is rude and cannot deal with people! Had my 100 year old rocker sitting for a month. Then when I complained it suddenly was done in one day! While pulling in their driveway I saw the owner drag my chair across the concrete! After we paid them and I brought my chair home we noticed digs and glue where they had put in dowels. My husband took pics in to owner and he admitted it was done wrong. Gave my money back and offered to fix the chair. This chair is a Stickley & Brandt rocker 100 years old . If he didn’t do it right the first time why would I let them touch it again and risk more damage! Arm on chair is crooked.
