Everything went well, they showed up on time, they were quick and friendly. They were not super clean with the drawers under the cook top. The problem I have is that I do not have the serial number of my cook top. It must be on a sticker on the side which is now not reachable. I assume there was another sticker either on the box or inside, but - as desired - all packing material was taken care of

The tech spend about 1/2 hour looking at it and advised that the satellite valve get broken easy and that is why water was not running to the icemaker
