In August, I ordered the slipcovers, chose the fabric, and paid half. I was told it would take about 5 weeks after they got the fabric. In early October, I called to find out why no one had contacted me and was told the fabric had just come in. They would have the person who cuts and pins them contact me. On Oct. 26th, I called again to tell them when I was available and expected someone to come to cut and pin on one of those days. Two days later the cutter called and we set the date, Nov. 4th, and time. He didn't show up that day. The next morning he called to say he was coming that day, Nov. 5th. When I asked him why he wasn't there on the day we had arranged for, he said he forgot. I had other plans and had to rearrange them so I could be at home. He did show up on Nov. 5th and cut and pinned the covers but didn't bring the foam for the new cushion because he didn't know. (It was on the order form which he had a copy of.) Thanksgiving and Christmas passed and on Dec. 28th I left a message asking where the covers were. On Jan. 6th, they called me at work to say they were done and had been done since before Christmas, but they "forgot" to call me. Finally, on Jan. 7th the covers and cushion were installed, but his steamer was "broken" and the wrinkles remained in the slipcovers.
