I have had a small leak in my sun room for several years. The leak appeared to be coming from the chimney area. I had three differnt people look at it and seal all around the roofline and chimney however the leak continued on and off depending how the wind blew. I was at my wits end. A friend of mine recommended Curtis Construction. I gave them a call and they came right out. Within MINUTES, Frances was able to diagnose the location causing me this annoying leak. He was the only person that took a ladder on the roof and looked down inside the chimney! Sure enough that's where my problem was.
This is a father and son team and they repointed the brick on my chimney as well as installed a cap. LEAK IS FIXED!
I found them to be extremely knowledgeable and feel they took great care of me.
I have them scheduled to do a siding job on my aunt's garage is the near future. I will post pictures and do a review on that project when complete. I am completely satisfied with their work and find them to be honest caring professionals. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! In fact I did! SO GLAD I FOUND THEM!
