Cozens Brothers Contracting are a Godsend!!! I had severe termite damage to my floor joist and subfloor also had to have my foundation wall reinforced and they did an amazing job completing the much needed repairs. After interviewing several (10+) questionable contractors an engineer recommended Cozen’s Brothers Contracting and I can tell they did not disappoint. Charlie and his team were very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and skilled. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was with Cozens Brothers Contracting. Finding a Contractor with integrity that you can trust can be challenging but Charlie and his crew will not disappoint you. I am a pleased and grateful customer.

Andrew came out for the estimate, fit us in as he could and got the work done and done right.

Andrew was very funny and a pleasure to do business with. His crew were absolute professionals.  Charlie, his nephew, helped guide me through the repair and kept me in the loop with the whole process.  Andrew's price was $1500 cheaper than the next 3 quotes I got, and all the permits and engineer reports were included in the price!  They got everything done in a crunch before I left for vacation.  I would recommend them to anyone basement or crawlspace issues.  One of his guys, Joe, helped put the flowers that were next to my house back because they had to dig them up to get to the walls. 

I was very impressed with the team, the sense of urgency, and the overall result of two jobs done at my house.  A larger portion of the sill plate was in need of more repair than I had expected, and there was much more water damage done inside of my living room wall, all the way through the sheathing.  Andrew showed me everything, laid out the options and executed the project just as he said he would, and followed up with me afterward.  His team was thorough and returned everything back to its normal state.  I was very happy with the experience and look forward to using Cozens again.

Andrew Cozens fixed the problem by drilling into the block in the basement and installing steel rebar. Andy is a bit of a character, but he was there for all the work and did a good job. The price was the best i got.

I knew a licensed engineer who knew him, and he had done work for me about 5 years ago. Time was of the essence. My house was ready to be condemned, and in 4 weeks time he was able to save my house and the basement. The price was good for the work that he did. They were on time, no matter rain or sunshine. The quality of work was phenomenal. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

I am in the masonry business, so I use them all the time for structural repairs. I know the owner, and he does good work.

He is very good. I wanted the porch floor repaired, not replaced. It was the kind of thing that people normally would not do- everyone else wanted to rip it up and replace. He was very flexible and easy to work with.
