From the first email, through all the subsequent emails and texts, house showings, she NEVER lost patience. She was professional, but warm. She understood how nervous (frankly schizoid) I was about the process. She stuck with me through multiple offers, complications, and disappointments. She helped me keep my eye on the prize! She provided guidance on the best loans available. She brought in an amazing home inspector, and termite company that I will review separately. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for her amazing help!
