Well. Was willing to work within my budget. Very neat - cleaned up each day after the work for the day was completed. On time each day and worked a full day only breaking for lunch.

They came in and did a professional job of providing the information. They gave it in a timely manner. I was very pleased with them. They were thorough and clear. Everything I requested was apart of the proposal. They responded to our questions. I would have been comfortable using them if they were the ones we choose. 

I evaluated three different companies.  I choose a different company, I felt they were the best company for the project.

Jeff started out professional and we were excited. Once the work started it was horrible. We were told the job would take one day. It took three. Jeff sent 5 guys, none spoke English and they were not sure what areas need to be painted. No supervisor on site until my husband had to call Jeff to tell him to get here. They did not use Kilz over a water spot which has since returned. They did not use tape for clean lines. so I have white ceiling paint that bled down on the wall paint. Dirty shoe marks all over the bedroom carpet( Jeff did agree to pay for cleaning after he saw it the mess). I would never hire this company again and I would never recommend their services.

I called CertaPro in regards to painting my 3200 square foot property. They put me in touch with Jeff, who met me at my home. He was very professional and pleasant. He gave me a quote for my property within 2 days of coming out, and even covered the cost of a color consultation with an interior designer. His crew was very professional and courteous during the 3 days they were at my house. Once the project was complete, my wife noticed several ares that needed to be touched up. Jeff had someone out within 24 hours of texting him. When someone says paint, I say call Jeff at CertaPro!

Certapro of mount laurel was recommended to me by a good friend of mine. Jeff  OZDEMIR and his team were excellent. They were on time and very professional. The team has ensured that we were please with the job while in progress. They did a nice and clean work outside. They finished everything professionally.  I highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Mount Laurel for your next painting project.  I will be using them again in the future for the interior job.

They were fine. They did a good job. There was some kind of discrepancy with regards to the pricing. We agreed on one price but apparently one area wasn't included. Overall, I think they did a good job. I was disappointed about a year later, they sent me a card in the mail saying that I should inspect my house and that they would send someone to inspect it and make sure everything was still fine. I called up and I requested that someone come out but no one ever contacted me.

It took them forever to finish because it was raining a lot. So there were a lot of delays. It was over priced for the work they did since they had to paint the trim.
