Description of Work: Brian installed doors and painted the lower level of the house. Brian cares about the quality of his work and has an excellent attention to detail. He is punctual and finishes work in a timely manner. I highly recommend him for home improvement work.

Description of Work: Brian Cherubini is a Craftsman in the true sense of the word. Here is the story of how Brian practically rebuilt my house. He began in the summer of 2009 and has worked until very recently. I had to put in a date, above and chose to put in March 2012. Each job was priced differently so I did not enter a total cost. Brian's fees are competitive and you get a lot for your money, please read below. OUTSIDE: Brian built a beautiful deck outside my sliding glass door. The old deck had to be demolished. He used beautiful wood and his own design (trust him, he can do anything). The deck is big, the railings are stunning. I had steps going from my laundry room into the back yard that were in bad shape and not up to the current code. Instead of just doing some repairs, Brian rebuilt the steps with the same wood he used to build the deck. They look like a matched set and really enhance the look of the backyard. INSIDE: My house was built in 1974, there was one bathroom that had never been renovated. The tub shower, tile, double sink, vanity and floor all had to be removed. The floor was made up of little, tiny white tiles and was quite a job to remove. Brian removed all of the above and replaced them with everything new. We decided to put in a "surround" where the tub and shower had been because it really looks neat and is very easy to clean. He installed and connected two new double sinks and a new vanity. The new floor Brian installed is beautiful. He also removed old mirrors and old wallpaper, the paint job is as beautiful as the rest of the room. The kitchen also needed work. Brian removed the old tile from the counter top, he removed and refinished all the old cabinets, they look as if they were brand new. He also painted the kitchen. There was a lot of wallpaper and old paneling that Brian removed. Some of the walls were a real mess under the old stuff. Brian spackled and performed some miracles; all the walls look terrific. Brian then removed all the old carpeting and refinished all the existing hard wood floors. They needed lots of work; nothing is too much for him to do and my floors look amazing, anyone would think they were new. The carpet on the steps was very challenging, it took quite awhile to remove, but Brian stuck with it and, of course, did an excellent job on that very difficult area. Brian is professional, courteous, very trustworthy (he has worked in my house while I was on vacation). I cannot say enough about the wonderful work Brian does. I recommend him for any job you need done; he is a perfectionist and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. CALL HIM....YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY THAT YOU DID!!!!
