Their price isn't always great. Communication is always great with them. They are always great with everything. If they don't know something, they are finding it out real quickly.

They did not charge me for the latch on the hood. They provide excellent service. They treat you like a king. You can go online and schedule your service.

I have used them several times for oil changes, alignments, and engine service. They have always been very professional and have done a good job. You have to schedule pretty early if you want your loaner car to be a BMW.

Their service is exceptional. My car is about 2 years old so it is still covered under their warranty so I do not pay for the regular maintenance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The shop was not sure why the top vents were giving out warm air even though the rest of the vents were blowing cold air. They said they checked the entire system and did not find anything wrong. The rep also said that even though the pressure was marginally low it should not exhibit this behavior but maybe it is causing it. So they topped up the refrigerant and charged me $150+tax. I took the car and left but the air conditioning behavior did not change so I got it back to the shop after a few days. This time they said that there is nothing wrong with the system and that the air conditioner regulates the temperature by doing this. First of all, I don't understand this - why would a system throw out warm air from 1 set of vents and cold from others even though the target temperature is still yet to be reached. In any case, for the sake of the argument even if it did so then why did the shope charge me for something that is not the root cause of the behavior. -Ash BMW 530i
