The alarm for our back up sump pump system indicated a problem with the battery. We called Batteries Plus and spoke to Neil. He patiently walked us through an inspection checklist. Ultimately, we determined that the battery needed to be replaced and he told us how to safely remove and transport it to their store. Thanks to his warnings our leaky battery did not harm our car interior.
When we got to the store Neil and Roy (the owner) greeted us and immediately cleaned out the battery housing, removed and disposed of the bad battery, replaced the battery and reconnected the new battery into the housing system. They also instructed us on hooking it back into our system at home and recommended ongoing inspections.
Their attentiveness was very appreciated and likely saved us an in-home service call.
