Aquaguard Waterproofing of New Jersey

March 29, 2018 I spoke to Stephanie and scheduled meeting for April 2, 2018. On April 2, received call from AquaGuard asking to reschedule later in day, agreed. I received another call from Vince asking to move rescheduled time to earlier in afternoon, agreed. When Vince arrived he immediately stated that if we were looking for the cheapest system he was wasting his time. I explained our situation. Vince inspected crawl space, then said he would not give us price until I called him when were were ready to proceed with their plan. I explained that is not the way I do business. April 4, 2018 I received a call from Paul with AquaGuard asking if I had met with Vince. I explained what happened on April 2, 2018. Paul apologized and said I would be contacted by a manager the next day. I never received a followup call.
