This was my first time using Pro Start Renovations but it won’t be my last! Dave came out the same day I called and explained what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate and came back the next day to do the repairs. He ran a little late getting here but that couldn’t be helped! Job is done! No complaints! And it cost what I expected. I appreciate that this was a smaller job than some of his other projects and he took care of it promptly and professionally. Thx Dave!

ProStart Handyman is an absolute “Win Win”! We made a decision that provided us with a talented group of contractors and a brand new beautiful recreated basement. Our basement was done incorrectly by previous owners and contractors! I’m certain many companies would not have agreed to do the tedious work we needed to fix our home! Dave and his team provided us with comfort, hope and security! There is nothing this team cannot do! Professionalism, honesty and perfection is what you will gain with this company! I just wanted to thank Dave, the owner of Pro Start Handyman, for the amazing work his company did at my house. They removed a concrete patio that was pitch towards my house and caused rotting of wood along one side of my home. The work was done quickly and professionally. Each and every time we met to discuss this work and possible future projects, he arrived at the exact time we had set. Likewise, him and his crew arrived on the day and at the time he promised. Pro Start Handyman is one of the best kept secrets around!
David who is clearly in charge has a great grasp on what the coarse of action is needed to take your property from good to great.
I highly recommend David and his crew to not only work out your contracting issues but engeneer a total refit salution that will blow you away!

He was thorough, kept me informed of the work being done and the time frame needed for the job. He came in during the days while I was at work which was helpful. He was professional and finished quickly. The price he gave me was much better than the other quotes I received.

He was punctual, worked quickly, kept me informed as to what the damage was and what he was doing to repair it, and put up protective plastic to keep the dust and debris from the work being done contained in that room. I gave him a key and he came in and worked while I was away at work. This was convenient for me so that my house was still peaceful at night while I was home with my kids. We kept in contact throughout the entire job and he finished on time. The price and time to complete the job were quoted accurately and they were a much better price than I received elsewhere.

I am a full time professional with very limited time. In 2012 I purchased a 2 bedroom, 2 story condo for complete rehabilitation. Due to my lack of time I hired Pro Start Handyman to run the entire job. Responsibilities included everything from purchasing materials, delivery, installation, repairs, etc. Every detail was handled professionally. Dave was in complete control of every aspect of the job from start to finish. This was great for me because I was very rarely able to be on site. The times when I was able to get to the condo the job was running smoothly. Upon completion, I was extremely satisfied with the results. All jobs were completed in the way in which we discussed. Everyone entering the condo had nothing but great things to say about the way it looked. I would use Pro Start Handyman for any future jobs.

It went very well. They were on time everyday. They worked late and hardly took any breaks. They
kept everything clean and the dust to a minimum. They were extremely professional and we love
how our bathroom looks.
