The work was slow. Three weeks to finish. We were charged extra to square the bathroom. A wall they installed is not square. A shelf in the bathtub fell off. They said they would come back and fix it but once they were paid we never saw them. Overall very shoddy work. Also they caught an attitude when my wife told them she was not happy.
Description of Work: Remodel entire bathroom.

Response from MILLER REMODELING LLC
The progress was slow because the customer ordered the material and was different than what we thought we were installing.Once demolition began, we discovered only then that the room was very badly out of square. It had to be square to install the materials selected by customer. The color matched adhesive provided by customer was not the correct one to use. We did return and reinstall the shelf. The customer indicated they were happy with our work when we left. The comments from this customer are not surprizing. This customer screamed at us that we dropped paint on her front walk way. We did not. There were numerious birds in the trees above the walk way leaving droppings which were white. She thought it was paint. We cleaned up the droppings to appease the customer and show her that it was not paint. After this, I felt that we could do no more work for this customer. She asked me to install a hard wood floor and I simply said No, I can help you. Thats when her attitude really changed for the worst. We could have done nothing to satisfy her after that. I wish I had seen this coment long before now. Our company was rated the Best Of Burlington County 2012 and 2013 by the readers. Maybe this says it all !!
