I finally found a company that services pondless waterfalls. After calling several companies who failed to return my call, I found a great company. Since we purchased our home with a waterfall and had no idea how to operate it, we were happy to find a great company. They explained where the pump should be located and how to install it over the phone so we wouldn't waste our money on a service call. Since we still couldn't figure it out we scheduled a service call. However, we ended up going to a pool store in the same shopping center and found the store. They were so helpful they explained it again and showed us images of how to install it. We went home found the parts and installed it ourselves. This company cares about its customers and you can tell they love what the do. I will recommend this company to everyone.
