i had to redo capping in 3 places and finish capping 2 places that weren't completed. at least they had left some bent material i could use. they contracted out the gutter work, thank goodness. they tore up most of my old patio (he said it didn't all need to be removed) and he then went on vacation for a week and we didn't actually get concrete poured for another 2 weeks after that. we never knew when they would show up. would not recommend to ANYONE. lesson learned.
Description of Work: installed new bay window and 2 replacements in bedrooms. capped and flashed all windows and eaves. poured new concrete walkway and patio. installed new gutters.

He was supposed to dig up our whole patio, and he refused after he started the job. The forms around the patio were a sloppy mess, and my husband had to fix them. He agreed that the job would be done on a timely basis, but he took a week-long vacation in the middle of work. It rained the whole week he was gone, and my husband had to cover the concrete area to keep rain off it. We wanted new window sills, and he only glued in wood and put the siding over it. It took him three weeks to come back and remove the forms from the concrete patio that he put in. In the middle of everything, he worded the contract knowing that it was ambiguous. At the start, he said that the front door was understood to be included, then he changed that and said it was not included. The person doing the siding work left a mess everyday, and he was also late to work everyday. They also left stuff in my yard for a couple of months. Also, the siding wasn't done properly, and my husband had to resolve it himself. They were supposed to replace wood, and they showed up without it, with he intention of just covering it up. They removed all of the gutters, and left the house without gutters on it for 2 weeks, while it poured rain for one of those weeks.
Description of Work: I asked him to do concrete and gutter work. I also wanted him to do window sills and install 3 new windows.
