Description of Work: Eric came 2 hours and 5 minutes late after telling me when already 45 minutes late that they would be there in 1/2 hour...so that half hour turned into 50 minutes later than told when they were already 45 minutes late. Said they had to get gas???? But in the very first phone call when 45 minutes late said, "Is it raining? Because it's raining in Mt. Holly". I said no, it was drizzling lightly. So what??? They can't check out a septic system if it's drizzling? By the time they got here it wasn't even drizzling. Talk about lazy and complained that the manhole cover shouldn't be covered with dirt because the top rusts. Well, tell me...do you want to look at the top of a manhole cover in your front yard????! So the one guy tries, as I said, lazily to get the rusted manhole cover off...looked like the first time doing it with his pants falling down...maybe because he didn't have a belt...duh. Imagine the view! To make the story shorter...the driver was only talking to me through his truck window which he eventually told me was because he had an injured foot....this is the driver driving with an injured foot. He said he couldn't get out of the truck because of his injured foot. Really??? And you're coming out to do a septic tank inspection. Oh, and don't bother trying to complain to a supervisor. They knew he had a bad foot and were upset with me for complaining about him. Really???? Are they serious?? Sending out an employee they knew had a foot injury and letting him drive. Never again!
