We did not like them at all. They did nothing, that was the problem. We never got a report back so it was not a very good experience. In any case when people have gone out to inspect something we would like an inspection report. If there is a problem on the site and if they can't access something I would like them to offer solutions or options. There was not customer service or anything, it was just, "oh, well -- you got a letter, I can't help you I can't help you" kind of thing. They really did not provide us with very much to go with. We still had to look for another company to do the work because the septic thing is very important. it has to be reported to the health department and the county. Their price was too high. We emailed a complaint and there was just no resolution to get this resolved.
