Scheduled to have my septic tank pumped and was told to the tech would be here between 10 and 2. At 2:30 I still had no tech, so I called the company. They said they would try to get his timeline so I could go about trying to get anything else done today. I got a call at 3:30 stating he was about 40 minutes away. Once here, there was no apology, and he seemed a bit inconvenienced that I didn't know how the previous job was performed (i.e. the logistics of getting the hosing to the tank in my backyard). Eventually it was done, and I was left with a bill...and not even an offer to make amends for ruining my day off. Really unhappy with this company right now...

We did not like them at all. They did nothing, that was the problem. We never got a report back so it was not a very good experience. In any case when people have gone out to inspect something we would like an inspection report. If there is a problem on the site and if they can't access something I would like them to offer solutions or options. There was not customer service or anything, it was just, "oh, well -- you got a letter, I can't help you I can't help you" kind of thing. They really did not provide us with very much to go with. We still had to look for another company to do the work because the septic thing is very important. it has to be reported to the health department and the county. Their price was too high. We emailed a complaint and there was just no resolution to get this resolved.

We called A L Septic to pump out our septic tank they came out the the next day.  They were very responsive to our needs and the price was reasonable.  I will use them again in the future.

They never showed! Called 6 hours before our scheduled time looking to show up within that hour, told them they needed to wait until the time that was originally set. Then they never showed up, never even called. I didn't bother with them and called another company.

They came out the next day, called before coming, and installed the new lid. Also gave me advice about the poorly filled tank and about our sewage lift system.

Called to have our septic tank pumped. They were supposed to call on the scheduled day and let us know when, between noon and 3, they would arrive. Never called, never came, never called the next day to follow up. I've since contacted an alternate company to do the job.

Our septic alarm indicated we had a serious problem. We needed someone to diagnose and fix it. We contacted A and L Septic and scheduled an appointment which they did not show up. Spoke to them the following day, said they would be there in the afternoon... did not show up and when called to see if they were coming, they said they were tied up with another job and could they come the next day. I asked if he was sure he was going to come, his answer did not make me feel confident, so I contacted another company. A and L NEVER showed up, nor did they call.
