Linsay is very pleasant to work with. She was right on time and texted me 30 minutes before her arrival. She was very knowledgeable and provided valuable advice. She explained to me the different types of window treatments and give me her honest opinion about what will and will not work with my home. She is very responsive and great with her pricing. She replaced a window treatment rod with no charge and promptly even when it's not entirely her fault. Linsay also replaced a blind for me for free (that I accidentally damaged) under the 5-year warranty by budget blinds. I will totally recommend Lindsay to my family and friends.

I was satisfied with the service and the product. I do think the price could have been less. However, I got what I paid for. They did a nice job. They were great and I have no problems with the service. Lindsay, the owner, was very nice. She corporative and not pushy.
