She was very good. She was great. She took me all over the recreation. She knew what I was looking for. I used to send her the list of homes which I had seen. She would suggest me why those were not suitable for me; in the picture it would look great. Once I had sent her the details of a house. She told me that it would look great, but the house was septic. I didn't want to deal with house which was septic. She was pretty quick. She was very good about knowing the area and everything about it. She was very good about knowing my options. It worked really well for me. She definitely knew her staff. She was great about knocking the point off in given situation and looking around. She gave me three solid weekends, whole day around and showing me every house on the market basically. She was very thorough. We went to see a house and she told me that she wanted me to show the backyard. I stood there for a second. Then she showed me the gathering of water towards my left, which I could not see. She told me that they had a drainage issue and that was one thing, which had to be kept in mind. She warned me of the house flood; that's something which we don't think about but it could really break our home. After someday I found out that the house had a flooding. She definitely saved us. I didn't even have to go through the home inspection process; she really had a good eye. She would give me good suggestions to fit my needs and options.
