New Web Design

Members of my family own a custom wood flooring company website. We needed a good one that was up to date and modern. A friend recommended New Web Design because their daughter worked there so we gave them a try. I want to say first though that we did look at a few other website companies. They were too expensive and kept adding things into the package that we didn't want or need. We had a limited budget to work with. New Web re-branded our  company with a new logo, website and business cards too. The staff there was very helpful and we were surprised at how easily and quickly the work got done.

I just received a nice Holiday gift from this company and it reminded me that I've been meaning to write a review about it. I needed a website to promote my my own art design business. I provide graphic designs for print and I employ other artists as well. I wanted a very clean and functional site that would let me help create a custom look and feel that was appropriate for my artistic view point and still entice people to buy. They came up with technology that I didn't even know existed that allows me to not only sell right through the website's e commerce shopping cart but also to let me and the other artists upload pictures of our work on our own. That saves us all money and time, which is super important when it comes to selling art. I had complete control over the design of the site while they did all of the work. The cost was very reasonable and they really worked with me on the budget. The whole process was fairly painless and they had everything up and running in just about a month. I have heard horror stories from other people about waiting six months or more to get a website built, so I was pleased beyond words with the time frame of New Web Design. 
Finally, New Web developed a mobile app for my website so that clients can download it right to their smart phones, iPads and Android tablets. The actual mobile application itself was free and I only have to pay a monthly fee to have it on unlimited mobile devices. That way clients can view and buy art from the site no matter where they are, at any time. 
Great staff and super friendly. Always willing to make changes and get things exactly the way I wanted them to be. They genuinely wanted me to be satisfied in every way and the other artists that i represent love having their artwork on the site too.  Every person that I had dealings with at New Web was outstanding in every way and I'll use them for all of my websites online marketing in the future.

But I have to say after dealing with New Web Design for several months now, they've delivered everything that they promised with no hidden costs or up charges and we are completely satisfied. So far they have been great with adding things on when we need them to and making changes that we request. We especially love the logo design which we use on everything from clothing tags, to business cards, to the actual shirts themselves. I really like that they price things Ala Carte so you don't have to get and pay for extra features that you don't want or need. All in all a great experience with New Web Design.
