They picked the rug up and took it to their business were they hand wash them. They are a well established business. The process is quite a sight to see when they clean the rugs.

The crew was very professional and did a fantastic job. Our basement carpet, which had stains from when we had cats, and which we were resigned to replacing, looks like new. We had made multiple attempts to get the stains out ourselves, using multiple treatments and Rug Doctor, and had no luck, but they're not just better, they're gone like they were never there. They even put little foam feet on all the furniture to make sure the carpet dried out properly underneath.

Went to them on the recommendation of my in-laws. We brought them a half dozen rugs and all we cleaned expertly. The few that needed repairs, they pointed out what the issues were and how they would fix them. Great work.

We have used them for 30 years for 3 different houses. They are very good. We have hunting dogs, and every now and then we get one that is a chewer, and it will chew up the ends of the rug, they will reknot it. They are known for specializing in orientals. They have a set price,and I have always paid it, they aren't cheap. We have had some issues where I have called them in panic, and asked if they can come in and do it fast, and they have been very helpful. They have a good reputation.

Bought a runner from crate and barrel and brought to wells to have it split into 2 small area rugs and bound on the seams. Wells did an amazing job and from the top you would never know the rugs were purchase as one piece. The service took about a week and I believe it was done sooner than the timeframe they quoted. The price was much better than the other places we visited to get an estimate. Would definitely go back again

I've used Wells several times to clean my carpets. They're very professional, they do a great job, and they're much more reasonably-priced than another place I've used in the past. After the most recent cleaning, my brother commented how the colors in the rug were noticeably brighter. I highly recommend them!

Great family-owned business with friendly service. Will use them again and again. They may be a fraction more expensive than other places but I will gladly pay the premium for the great service and support for local business. We are blessed tohave a company like this in Morristown.

I called for an estimate and was satisfied with the professional and polite attitude of the person I spoke with so I scheduled a date for the rug to be picked up from our home. Exactly as promised on time, the rug was picked up from our home and delivered back a week later cleaned, rolled, and wrapped in paper to keep it clean. Pick-up and delivery men were both courteous and the delivery men placed the rug exactly where I asked on the second floor.

They did a fantastic job with the rugs and carpet. When They delivered the slipcovers, the stains looked just as vivid as when they left. I called to ask why I was being billed for something when it wasn't cleaned. They said they tried to get the stain out but couldn't. They would have the manager call me to talk about the bill. By the way, I spent over $2,000 and the slip cover bill was $300. They never called me back.

Rugs always come back looking great. We have two large dogs and have had and quot;issuesand quot; on some of our rugs. In one particular case it was an older rug and we really did not think it could look the same again. When I unrolled it I called my wife and we stood there duly impressed.

They are excellent. I never had my Oriental rugs cleaned before so I would probably say their price was a little high; within the reasonable to high range but they did a great job on the rug and they were more punctual than I was. I would be using them again in the future.

Did a fabulous job cleaning our lower level wall to wall carpet (on short notice!) We have had this carpeting cleaned before, and the job by Wells was superior - it looked beautiful afterward, and dried very quickly. They were right on time for the appointment and very professional -highly recommended.
