Overall it went very well. We called because our furnace went out in March. They gave us a price got the permit and got everything up and running in a very short time. Our water heater was brought up to code and the mess of pipes the previous plumber left was straightened out. It is now easy to see all aspects of the furnace and all controls are accessible. The work was inspected by our town and was perfect. Richard Beard, the owner of Total Source .... did the work for us. We havn't had a problem since.

This guy is the only guy that did it right and the reason for this report is to RAVE BOLDLY about the service and quality we received. He was a well spoken, well dressed, obviously knowledgable man. He quoted an exact estimate with no hidden anything and performed the job exactly as he said he would. I felt and still feel I can/do and would trust him in my home. I can't remember how long it's been since I could rave about an individual and service and glad I have Angie's List to sing my praises. In fact, having the opportunity to post this report is why I joined Angie's List.
