Didn't get an appointment this year. Harold the owner is very nasty. Told me They can't handle giving me a call to make an appointment after I requested it via email. What's the difference. They read the email and can't call me. There work is also a bit shotty. Told me last year I had to replace sprinkler heads that didn't need replacing.

They do a reasonable job. Sometimes a little too quick to get done. They make a lot of money by finding broken sprinkler and making quick repairs at a pretty high price.

There were no problems at all. Constant contact ahead of time. Showed up right on time. Very personable work crew. While they had to dig holes to install new sprinkler heads, they covered it up very well, and planted seeds where some small bare spots were left behind. Overall, very pleased and highly recommended.
Incidentally, they have been providing me with start up/shut down service for years, and also very pleasant to deal with for those services (including providing a 2 hour service window).
