The least professional interaction with any services provider, ever.
Client is NOT very happy and is pursuing legal action. Upon finding this out, Sterling Rose offered a partial refund indicating that their services are sub-par and they know it.
"Before you read this psychos review make sure to check out our LinkedIn Reviews and our Website as well as Google Reviews. This client when we did the work we said we needed to move the wires for her and said she had to get on a call with her lawyer. She then said "All the other wires for there gaming consoles are all over the place as well" Two 1/2 months later the client called and wanted us to drop absolutely everything to come and move wires and also her cable box did not work after we must have received no more then 10 calls in a half hour period. We instructed the client to call Verizon as there was an issue with there cable box. Furthermore the client themselves became verbally abusive and we terminated the relationship. Even upon terminating the relationship we still received yet again 5 more phone calls in addition to the 10 earlier."
