We bought a house and the deal was he sends me a contract that says hes going to prepare the walls and paint them. He comes and gives us a price.
He shows up between 10:30- 11am everyday and leaves around 5-6pm.
He did not want to sand anything that he did plaster. He whined non-stop.
He ended up walking out on the job after I had paid him over half the money and I have had to hire someone else.
