I cannot overstate the level of thoroughness, care, and skill possessed by Jerry Lefteratos and his superb team at Renovation X. A brief list follows:
1. Jerry worked easily and fluidly with the architect ahead of time, making practical and cost-saving suggestions without compromising quality, and ensuring the development of a smooth and efficient construction plan.
2. Jerry understood my aesthetic and worked hard to achieve it at an extraordinary level of detail.
3. Jerry was able to work within the very difficult time and working constraints imposed by the building.
4. When the inevitable but unforseeable challenges of a renovation arose, Jerry was imaginative and effective in making adjustments.
5. His stable of subcontractors was excellent.
6. Jerry himself was on the job, not just dropping in to check on the work of others.
7. He completed the project on time and within budget.
8. He is by far the best contractor with whom I have ever worked (this is my fifth major project) and would recommend him to anyone who wants a reliable partner who will deliver a superb project on time within an agreed upon budget.

I hated the idea of getting work done because I knew it would take forever and my house would be a mess. Once they started I was so surprised they were neat, on time, and so sweet.
