Professional House Cleaning Service, LLC

Charged me $500 to clean an almost empty townhouse since it supposedly required a "deep cleaning". Yes, they cleaned thoroughly but I could see that after 2 hours they ran out of things to clean (naturally). Mind you, this is mostly unskilled labor - for 2 cleaning ladies working 2 hours, $500 is very steep, even including insurance, cleaning supplies, etc. I then contacted them 6 months later to do a cleaning before the house was listed for sale. Mind you, I spent maybe 2 months combined in the house since they had been cleaning. They quoted me $400 this time because they claimed another deep cleaning was needed. I kindly declined. Found me a very competent cleaning lady outside of Angi who had very good Google reviews. She and her helper did an excellent job for $125.

This service cost a bit more than others, but it was worth every penny. The job was to clean a very old, very dirty house in preparation for putting it on the market. They did an excellent job!

She came to the house to give me an estimate for a one time moving clean. We went through the whole house and I pointed out what I wanted done. A quote was given. When they came to clean, they expected me to have the cleaning supplies, mops, rags, paper towels, etc. Nothing was ever mentioned that I would have to supply these things. Oh....they did bring vacuums. Once they were done, I was charged $125 more than the quote. The reason was because the basement was really dirty. Please keep in mind that I showed her everything that needed to be done, so theat state of the basement was not a secret.

I hired this company for post-construction cleanup, but we had a lot of miscommunications from beginning to during the process. I thought I was getting a good price for the project and learned the morning of the job that the supplies were not included in the price. I attempted to cancel because I am prepping the house for move and did not have supplies, but I was told that I would incur a 50 percent charge and that they are already on the way. My idea of a post-Reno cleanup is a crew coming into the house with shop vacs and cleaning all of the dry dusts and wiping down my walls, Windows, and moldings. You can imagine the end result with a single mini vac and rags. Miscommunication continued as the cleaning ladies did not speak English and I could not clean what I wanted without translation. I gave the company a benefit of a doubt with the rating as Luis and Liliana are nice people and I was difficult because I had refinished hardwood floors and new paints that could not be wiped down with damp cloths. I also had contractors finishing up a job at the same time in the house. They put up with me to redo rooms after I found dust upon examination and are definitely hardworking people. I believe this company is geared towards regular household cleaning, but definitely not at the level of post - construction cleaning yet.

Liliana and Luis the wife and husband team delivered exceptional service quality. They were on time and thorough and left my townhouse cleaner and better looking than when I moved in. I highly recommend them and asked for extra biz cards so I could give them to friends and family. If I wasn't moving to a different part of NJ, I would hire them for bi-monthly cleaning.

What a wonderful company!! Our move out was plagued by changes and waits for movers. Luis and his staff were so helpful and courteous and kept changing their schedules to help us out.
