I called the week before when I noticed the crack and they were not going to be able to fit me in over the weekend, but on Monday due to cold weather and having to use the defrost my crack started to double in size. When I called and implored them to squeeze me in so I could get it fixed the same day, they were able to accommodate me. They finished the work on time. The only negative part, was that my car smelled of chemical adhesive they used to attach the windshield for a few days, since we could not properly air out the car due to the weather that week. However I don't think that could be avoided.
