I find the BMW leases to be very hassle free. Everything is covered and this particular service department does an exceptionally good job with being quick, efficient, and on time for service appointments. I always get a loaner. They follow up throughout the day to let me know the progress of the car and if they find anything. They are very professional with everything.

I had brought my car in for servicing a couple of days ago. They gave me a loaner and I smashed up the loaner. I've been driving for 36 years and it was my first accident every and it has to be in a 2014 BMW with less than a 100 miles on it. They were wonderful. They were absolutely wonderful. They even called me yesterday and told me they were coming to get the smashed up car because it wasn't drivable. They said, why don't you let us flatbed your car here from the dealership and we will bring it to you and then we will go pick up the other car. That is very nice of them. They were very, very nice to me. I am going to send the actual company and actual thank you note. I'm serious. My insurance is going to pay for the rental car but the bottom line is they were more concerned about what happened to me than anything else. They even did this extra thing about bringing my car to me, on a flatbed, they didn't even drive it.
They are very caring. They sit with you, they talk with you, they want to make sure that everything is right. They follow up with several emails from different parts of the company to make sure everything was satisfactory. They are good in communication, they always let me know. They called and let me know that they were going to have to keep the car an extra day. I've been using them for 2 years.

SUV was tilting to left and sometimes front end would be near ground then suddenly rise up when a car door was opened. On first trip, several parts were replaced for $1600.

About one month later problem began to recur. Return trip, dealer service said their computer saw no issues; nothing was done.

About two months later, car began tilting again. This time and $4400 dollars later they said they found the problem. Of course, there was no offer to refund the $1600 which apparently wasn't a fix for the real problem.

I am not a mechanic, but the laundry list of replaced items sounds like someone who couldn't pinpoint the exact problem and so shotgunned several related items. And finally I was charged $21 ($6/gallon for 3 gallons) for gas in my and quot;courtesyand quot; car as if they hadn't extracted enough from my wallet. Clearly, my next BMW will come from another dealer. Thankfully, there are plenty to choose from in NJ.

The service was good, the welcome was not, and they didn’t wash my car; the middle portion of my interaction was good, but the beginning and the end were not. I was pleased with the work that they did. I had a whole litany of things that was needed to be done; they were complete and tried to do everything. I had no complaints about the money. They gave me options if I wanted to get something more done and explained the reasons for it. I accepted some and rejected the rest. I did not have a problem because they explained it in detail such that I could understand. The service attendant was very good and responsive; that was their strength. They did the work in the time they said they would. When the time came to discuss the service with the service technician, it was spot on. The price was a little above normal. I sent an email to them giving them my feedback too. I would continue to use them in the future.

They provided me with a BMW loaner, and fixed all of the items that they had parts for. I mentioned that one of the floor mats ripped and they ordered a whole new set (on the house). All of the items they repaired were fixed properly and they washed the outside of the vehicle before I picked it up.

Morristown BMW didn't provide me a loaner car. They had me drop the SUV off and when I came back the repair still was not done. I had to bring it back and still got no loaner. This time they still didn't get the repair done. They said they were waiting for a part. Finally after several days they got the activator repaired.
