He gave me the option of buying the tile myself. After agreeing to the estimate he gave me the amount of each type of tile . I purchased the tile we picked at Lowes and let him know when it was on site. He showed up on time, laid down protection for the carpet, and began by asking me how it should go. I had a drawing prepared, we made some minor changes and he went about laying out the tile. He finished placing most of the tile the first day, returned when he said he would the next day to finish some trim and then grout. That's it, very quick and simple and looks great.
