Excellent! We learned of Efrain from our Monk's project manager. Efrain was on time and ready to go. He was one of the few tradesman who actually removed their shoes at the door due to us having just had our wood floors redone earlier in the week, much appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and even offered some tips on a few questions I had. Originally he was there to only fix the sink and faucet, but not being a fan of saddle valves, having had a few leak over the years, I asked if he would replaced that one as well. He even looked at and advised me on the part for our refrigerator door push-to-connect coupler that had been damaged by accident when the floor guys removed the doors in order to move the fridge out of the kitchen.

The owner, Mr. Morales, does the quote and does all the plumbing work!  It is great to work directly with an owner/operator rather than a larger company that has a sales rep. or owner come to review and quote the job but some unknowns show up to do the work. These  "by the hour - worker/plumbers" never have the same motivation to do quality work as the owner/plumber who does his own work to build his 'brand' reputation.

Mr. Morales scheduled his service call quickly after we called and explained he did not charge for the service call but would assess the problem and give us an estimate. He said he would either do the work that day if possible or reschedule if parts were needed and were not readily available.  Mr. Morales was professional and diagnosed at the problem immediately. He was able to fix the problem quickly for a very reasonable cost.
