I hired Monks to update my condo master bath – the entire process from design to completion was very easy and Matt Ayers the project manager and his team did a great job. The crew was polite and professional. Admittedly there were one or two minor delays, but Matt did a great job to ensure the project moved along and that I was pleased with the outcome. I’m very happy with my new bathroom!

Excellent performance and communication on a major home improvement project. This include new floors, stairway, doors and repainting the entire house.

We just had Monk's complete a kitchen renovation and we are thrilled with the final result! We had a wall knocked down, cabinets repainted, floors redone, and full paint job in the kitchen and dining room. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. We loved having Chris Klug as our project manager. Chris let us know in advance exactly what to expect each day the workers were on the job. He was diligent in following up and addressed every request we had until the completion of the project. We are thoroughly enjoying our new space!

Roberto lead me through the process step by step then introduced me to Joe and Jose who executed all of my wishes resulting in a stunning updated kitchen. I couldn’t be happier!

I would highly recommend Monks for exterior painting. Kurt was very professional and thorough with the estimate and was happy to answer our questions. Greiven did a nice job painting and cleaned up after himself when the job was complete.

We hired Monk's to do painting and flooring work on the entire second floor at my mom's house. Kurt did a great job of prepping us for what to expect in terms of timelines and process. Our foreman Huibel did a wonderful job of keeping my mom informed on a daily basis of his progress. He and his crew did excellent, quality work and my mom was super happy with the finished product. Monk's has done a lot of work for us in the past in addition to the flooring and painting, including wainscotting, window and door install, as well as a new composite deck. We are hiring them again to paint the interior of the garage and to install some workbenches and shelving for storage. We can't wait for this work to be done as it's going to make a huge difference. Highly recommend them!

I have been using Monk's pretty much every year since 2012, and in particular, Kurt Becker. Kurt always returns my calls and messages promptly, he arrives as promised, never makes me feel rushed, and the team always delivers. They have painted my house (in 2012 and the house still only needs touch-ups), power wash and seal my porch every year, painted and done carpentry inside my house, and some one-off smaller projects. I trust Kurt and Monk's - they have never let me down.

I have used Monk’s for both kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Both projects exemplified Monk’s professionalism and customer focus. The initial sales experience with Jason was detailed and thorough, Zoriana provided excellent design expertise, and the project manager Nelson was involved every step of the way to ensure quality and timeliness. The projects were completed on schedule and the projects were extremely well coordInated. I highly recommend Monk’s and would use them again for future projects.

We have used Monks services for many home projects. Here is the way they work: 1) schedule appointment, 2) George Day arrives on time, I pad in hand, for the physical estimate, 3) George is an experienced estimator and options are discussed, 4) George generates a written, clear, concise estimate, 5) we make some modifications and book the work, 6) first day of the project George is there to get the crew set up and 7) George is there on the last day of the project to check in to insure the work is done to our specs and we are a satisfied customer. We have used Monks in the past to paint our entire house and later our bathrooms The were great We recently used them to install two windows and Jared and Christian were super they were both professional and responsive and provided great client service Christian is a very skilled carpenter who takes pride in his work and does the job perfect and to high standards We will definitely use them again

We just had our kitchen remodeled by Monk's. The experience was great from design services tp the remodel. This was true one stop shopping. Joe C and his crew did the installation and it was superb. They came in ahead of schedule and their attention to detail was great. The work was excellent and exceeded expectations.

The whole process was easy, from selecting the materials, scheduling the work, and having the work done and completed within the estimated time and at a reasonable cost. Matthew Ayers and his crew did a fabulous job. The crew showed up every day at 8am, and worked quietly, diligently, and efficiently. Communication with Matthew and the foreman was easy throughout. The tiles are laid perfectly; the paint job is meticulous. The powder room looks fantastic. We could not be more pleased with the outcome, and we highly recommend Monk's, especially if you get Matthew Ayers as a project manager.

Everything about Monk's was great! From the initial steps with our estimator Jason through the punch list work, our cabinets came out awesome! The job was done on time and on budget with great craftsmanship and quality.

Can you say TOTAL TRANSFORMATION !!! The Monk's team led by Bill did an outstanding job renovating our kitchen and back entry way. The team was courteous, professional and communicated regularly with us. This was the first time we did anything at this scale (a complete gutting and rebuild of the kitchen) and the Monk's team answered all my many questions and helped set my mind at ease. They were very clear on what could be done and provided great recommendations and guidance (These cabinet, fixture, backsplash and wall colors should work well together. Update the lighting. Don't go for a super powerful range hood - it would be overkill and would require make up air (a new term for me) and additional cost). Starting from the initial review meeting and estimates, meeting with the design consultant, signing off on the contract, and ultimate the execution of the project, the Monk's team did a fantastic job. Though we ended up purchasing most of the materials from other vendors, the Monk's installation team was quick yet did a wonderful job with the flooring, a new wall, cabinets, painting, plumbing, backsplash, lighting, electrical, repairing the window area, venting range hood to the outside, and removal and reattachment of appliances. It came together beautifully and we absolutely love the end result. Thank you Monk's.

We chose Monk’s for a complete renovation of our 1200 SF condo. We were nervous undertaking a project like this for the first time, but our experience with Monk’s was fantastic from start to finish and has continued to be great post-construction. We chose Monk’s based on great recommendations from family friends who had used them for large-scale projects in the past. They are able to provide complete service from design, material procurement, and project management in an extremely seamless manner, which was one of the main reasons for our decision. Our experience started with Casey who was our design consultant at the Monk’s showroom. Casey was fantastic, a pleasure to work with, and designed us a beautiful kitchen. Her recommendations for styles and products went a long way. Peter and Robert assisted us with picking out the perfect laminate floor for our redesign. They were extremely knowledgeable about all of the product choices and ultimately helped us get the best price for the floor we wanted. We had a tight timeframe to get our project done in under 4 weeks. Once our materials hit the warehouse the project was completed within 3.5 weeks. Project management couldn’t have been better. Our project manager was Joey and our foreman was David. Both were outstanding and extremely professional. They made themselves available daily to discuss any concerns or questions we had regarding the status of the work. They took care of everything including working with our HOA, neighbors, and township to ensure everything went smoothly. Even during Joey’s vacation time, Monk’s assigned Garrett to step-in as project manager. Garrett was fantastic and the project continued very efficiently during Joey's absence. Their crews and sub-contractors were always on time, professional, and clean. Monk’s uses ARS Electric Design for a lot of their electrical contracting. Alex, the owner, and his team were fantastic. They came out before the project to install an upgraded electrical panel and ran circuits to ensure everything was ready once Monk’s started work. They even worked closely with us post-construction to ensure some small upgrades were made per request of the town inspector. I would use Alex and his team any time. I would recommend Monk’s to anyone for any large or small home project. Their team is extremely experienced and they produce quality work that they stand behind. We will definitely use them and their team for future projects!

We just had our upstairs bathroom gutted and redone through Monk’s. The whole process was great, from the design service with Zoriana Pogorilets to the final punch list. Nelson Santiago and his crew were amazing. We never had a day without someone working the entire time of the renovation. At times there were as many as 3 people working in that tiny space, working to get it done on time. We always knew what was going and who was in the house. They took great care to protect the areas of our house not under construction, keeping the disruption to the smallest area possible. My wife continued to work from home through the entire process. I’d hire them again and I’d recommend them to anyone with a renovation or repair project.

Our daughter yanked our towel rack off of the wall in our powder room, and we needed repair and painting quickly. The team at Monk's was quick to respond to set up an appointment to see the damage and give us an estimate. Roberto came, gave us the estimate, and was able to schedule his team to get the job done quickly. After the paint dried, we needed some touch ups, and they came right back to make sure everything was perfect.

Bill Buckner, Jaime Hidalgo, Ward Malnak, and the rest of the Monk's team were a pleasure to work with. They spent a great deal of time and care in planning and preparing us for the project and delivered top quality work ahead of time and on budget. They were very collaborative and responsive. We will absolutely work with them again in the future.

Highly highly recommend Monks for any house projects! We recently remodeled our kitchen and are extremely satisfied with the outcome and the process the entire way. From the initial consultation with Maria, to the showroom visit/materials purchase with Casey, all the way through to the actual work in the house with Joey and Dave. The team worked around the clock (8-6 & on weekends) to get our kitchen done and looking pristine. The attention to detail, expertise, and professionalism were greatly appreciated! Monks is truly a great company for house projects as they handle everything from beginning to completion (measuring, materials, labor, permits, etc.) we loved our experience with Monks and have already reached back out for our next project! Working with Brian Rickenbach and the team from Monks we replaced the flooring and through most of our home and replaced a sliding door with french doors. Brian and the team were very responsive, answered all our questions and were very thorough throughout the entire process! They delivered as promised and the floors and doors look great! Nice job! I hired Monk's to replace some trim on my house from woodpeckers. Jared and his team were quick and efficient.

Monk’s renovated our bathroom and master bedroom. We worked with Bill Buckner, Project Manager and Marvin Rodriguez. The materials and a workmanship was excellent very professional.

Brian Rickenbach is as professional as it gets. From the beginning he gave me a timeline of when I would get my quote, called me as soon as he sent the quote, followed up with questions and had the job scheduled within a few days. Monks handled a multitude of projects for us: trim work, door installation, window installation, painting. I wish I knew about them before we redid our whole kitchen. I am extremely meticulous and asked for a few minor things to be fixed and Brian right away agreed and had it fixed for me without hesitation. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do all our home projects, big or small, for us. The whole experience was extremely smooth - Brian answers all calls and emails right away, which was important to me. Our house was also left spotless after all projects.
