Linton and his crew first painted my one bedroom condo - trim, walls and ceiling including the closets. They did a wonderful job and were very meticulous. After painting the entire condo, he sanded my 50 year old oak flooring throughout,, then applied 2 coats of oil based polyurethane with a gloss finish. What a difference, the floors look brand new.
Prior to this work, Madera did floors in my house but I didn't know they did painting. They did a really good job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

It went great!. Linton and his 2 helpers arrived on time. They helped me remove all the large pieces on furniture, then used plastic drop clothes to mask off the room, so no dust would go into the rest of the house. He then sanded by machine and by hand the floor, patched any gaps, vacuumed, then put down one coat of oil based poly and left to let it dry overnight. The next morning he returned at the same time. First he cut and put down new baseboard molding and caulked it (room had none). He then buffed the first coat of poly, then applied the second coat. He left the area clean and neat, and offered to move the furniture back the next day when the poly was dry, but I was going to paint the room, so he offered to come back to help if I called.
All in all, he gave me a very good price for the work, was punctual, and he and his men very were courteous. I would definitely hire him again.
