Lucy is very professional. She contacted me right away and was willing to accommodate my requests. Her staff is polite and hard-working.

Lucy brought a girl to our house and she spent about 2.5 hours cleaning. She dropped her off and picked her up. Overall she did a pretty good job for a regular cleaning. I’d be cautious to hire them for a deep cleaning (like when we bought the house, or post construction cleaning) because it takes way longer and needs multiple people, but I’m trying out the service every 3 weeks. The quote was cheaper than any other quote that I got, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Overall, happy with the service as a regular cleaning!

I have been using this service for a few weeks now and I have been very pleased with the quality of the service. We have needed a lot of flexibility with our house being on the market and they have been wonderful accommodating our needs.

Lucy's came and did exactly what I asked for and the price was very fair. They were on-time and very efficient. I hired them for every other week cleaning since the first time was great.

They were great. The only negative comment is that they did not bring all the supplies they required, such as paper towel. The area they cleaned was a mess and they did a great job.
