I have not had any problems. Responsive can be slow. It was better then good. The workers are very courteous and professional.

I've never used them as contractors. I have no choice, they provide the electricity to my house. They are the supplier of electricity. If I need to fix something electrical in my house, I will go and ask for an electrical contractor, but JC Power Supply company is my supplier, they provide electricity. The reason why I used them, in the past, was because my power cable coming to my house was cut, trees had fallen and torn the cable apart. So they had to come because they were the only qualified people to do that, they had to supply back from the grid.

They haven't come to my house but in the last 6 years I've been out of electricity nearly 20 days so I say they're not that great. We had no power last October, there was Sandy, the hurricane, but we don't live on the shore, we live on land like 50 miles, we had some high winds and stuff and we hardly had any rain and our electricity was out for 10 days and we were unable to reach them, unable to find out when we would get power, even our town was unable to find out, you couldn't even go to the Town Hall because they couldn't reach them. Otherwise, it seems to be working okay but they need to do something about their power lines and the trees and they don't really seem to be doing it because we've been driving through Connecticut which really is making effort to get their trees off their power lines, in here not really. They have to use them and that's the problem, there's just no other providers. When they are working, they work and when power's not down, they seem to have good power supply. If I could find somebody who is more reliable and I could get that service into my house, I would go for it but they control the lines so therefore you get what you get.

When you have a claim you cannot contact customer service on phone. Everything must be sent in letter form. Cannot contact claims no matter what. We I finally got someone they were very cold and rude. They said they have lots of claims because of Hurricane Sandy and our problem was not as big as others.

THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED THEM TO DO AND THE WORK WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY. THERE WAS NO MESS LEFT FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
