I worked with Mike from Home court hoops to install a basketball hoop with a barrier net including the pole pad which he charged me around $200. He installed everything except the pole pad and promised me that he will send the pole pad by mail. The installation took place around end of July 2015 and as of today (Oct 29 2015) , I still haven't got my pole pad. I tried to email him and call him numerous times and never get any response from him regarding this and that's the reason I am writing this review to let other people know that be aware of this company and be careful to deal with this company to avoid these kind of situations.

For that particular project we were coming out about $2000. They were timely. They got back to me within 24 hours. They were very professional. They explained everything to me. I had to send them a few pictures to show them what I was talking about. They were very responsive in getting back to me.
